The WHO recommends a maximum gap between Pfizer doses of 3-6 weeks, ie 42 days max.
So why is the government going it alone with an off-label, evidence free, 12+ week gap?
*Today* is 42 days since the first Pfizer doses.

The delayed 2nd dose thing is going to fall apart, isn't it? In theory there was some logic to it, but it had to be backed up with some sort of evidence, which - at least for the Pfizer vaccine - just hasn't been forthcoming.
