It is unusual for SDNY prosecutors to refuse even to meet with a potential cooperator.

I met with many potential cooperators -- some worked out, others didn't. But I'd almost always at least hear them out and assess what they had to offer.

Question for Chief Justice Roberts. Will you allow a trial you are presiding over to proceed without any certainty on evidence being introduced, no witness or documents allowed by the prosecutors that runs after the majority of Americans have gone to sleep? If so, why?
This letter is pretty brutal — he alleges that prosecutors are refusing to meet with him.

I smell another coverup
Breaking on @MSNBC: Lev Parnas' attorney has just released a letter calling for Attorney General Barr's recusal from Lev Parnas' case and from the broader investigation and to appoint a special prosecutor.
Where does the fictitious requirement that all witnesses must testify in the House come from?Certainly not criminal law, where prosecutors need only put on evidence to show probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They can put all relevant evidence in at trial.
