Hmm maybe they should also prosecute James Scurlock’s killer for firing his gun
Omaha police announced that anybody celebrating the Fourth by firing a gun into the air will be prosecuted. So remember: if you want to avoid prosecution just make sure that when you fire your gun you're pointing it at somebody in the Old Market.
More than 300 people have been arrested in Omaha since May 29, when the city was swept up in a tidal wave of protests.

Jake Gardner, the white bar owner who shot and killed James Scurlock, a 22-year-old Black protester, wasn’t one of them. (1/10) news.yahoo.com/after-a-black-…
The man who killed him was never arrested, and witnesses say they were never questioned about the altercation or the shooting.

RIP James Scurlock 🙏🏾
