Many people are describing @JKhashoggi as a "dissident". He *never* described himself as a dissident, or even as an opposition figure. He always stressed he support the Saudi monarchy but wants reform. Listen to Jamal in his own words.

Even silence isn’t enough.

“I was ordered to shut up”

Listen to #JKhashoggi explaining why he had to leave #SaudiArabia. Still hoping the rumours of his assassination to be fake.

Excellent and interesting.

Interesting podcast to understand who Jamal Khashoggi is + interesting insights on the implications of the failure of Saudi religious establishment (salafism) to adapt to the current era

Yep - the way he was treated by MbS and his circle, forcing him to flee KSA and now his disappearance gives the lie to Saudi "reforms". Or in other words - KSA being KSA.

All for giving wise advice AGAINST getting in bed w 45.
