Amen. Truman and his posse fucked up the Federal Government in subtle but profound ways that we have never recovered from.
 
Probably the worst part is that Coolidge, who totally didn't give a shit as the economy was going off the rails in the 20's, ended up being rehabilitated by Reagan, probably because Hoover got all the blame.
