I used my #firstbank account to recharge my glo data bundle first i did 5k it didnt reflect i did another 5k total 10k till date i never got the vtu or either did the money reverse.... i complained till i gave up
 
A friend of mine also having same issue withdrew from the atm, they didnt pay him , just for hik to go to the bank and complain and they told hik their machine paid him whereas it did not This @FirstBankngr are a scam
 
I'm loving this. 馃構 not business as usual. We need scapegoats after the banks we will visit others. We need to start treating each other with respects. @segalink please Pension ooo O all diz elderly pple are suffering. Dey have been owing my mother more than 6 months salary.

Zenith bank and diamond are good banks.
 
Thank God for @fidelitybankplc ! If I have issues, all I have to do is send a mail, and they respond ASAP! Except that they charge N20 more than other banks for online cash transactions, they're good.

Late last year, someone purchased hoods worth over 100k from my mum and made a transfer to her @FirstBankngr account which she got an alert, only for her to go withdraw the money and was told the money didn't reflect, how on earth is that possible?
 
Some used their account to recharge. I didn't see the credit and she was debited
 
My dad got a loan from them ..he made a withdrawal from one of their atm he was debited and cash wasn鈥檛 dispensed complaint was made and nothing was done until my old man got tired of visiting the bank

Offa Eco bank 'chopped' my @FirstBankngr debit card, I got it back but they already destroyed it. I walked into First bank, got another card and filled out a form to disconnect the damaged card. For over a year, they charged me monthly maintenance fee on both cards.

I recharged 300# on my @DiamondBankNG mobile app, last week, till today I've not received the credit VTU and I've bn debited.
 
bank DID attend to my problem via twitter. The bank customer care services wanted to neglect my complaint by not resolving my hanging money over the 25 days they said they would attend to it. I complained on twitter & it was resolved in 10 days.
 
I recharged 10k on my @FirstBankngr app more than a year ago. I never got the credit. I pursued it for awhile through their branch near Artillery in Port Harcourt. When nothing was forthcoming, I gave up.
 
I recharged 1k airtime from @gtbank last year, to my Airtel line, didn't get the airtime, I was debited, went to their branch to complain, they simply told me that there is nothing they could do #grossnegligence

I am surprised that people still use @FirstBankngr. For all I care the only reputation this bank have is a truck load of RUDE staff and employees. Especially the ones sitted on customer service desks. It was just the same with all their branches until I gave up. #GrossNegligence

people that use first bank are trying ooo... I tried closing my account with then but the stress was more than opening so I just withdrew my money, broke off my ATM and never visited again... Fidelity is also as annoying as ever, I'm gonna leave @UBAGroup soon also

Special thanks to @segalink for bringing this up. I promise you, many atrocities in banking system of Nigeria, may be it's time to curb them all.
 
The way they frustrate someone ehn..... That was how last year Dec I did an airtime transfer from my account to my MTN line, I dnt rec any VTU nd I was debited. I made a complain and have to called them out here before the money was reversed to my account.
