Another new thing CBN was giving out bad notes of our currencies in bundles of 100k and 50k... I saw a man change money in the bank and lost 5k on the spot to bad notes! The bank said CBN will charge them for the bank notes they issued to them if they returned it back! 🤦‍♂️
 
When GT Bank delayed .y transfer for 1 whole week, I sent mail to CBN, they didn't even acknowledge receipt let alone reply. All na scam

are the worse they are thieves.. I was debited 15k via a failed pos transaction 22nd of dec 2018.. I put over 10 different calls to their costomer service they kept lying that after 7 working days, I even had to go to the banking hall 2 complain after the xmas holiday.
 
As far as I know....none! Not even acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint. No follow up, nothing. This is why banks themselves are complacent because the regulatory body is a toothless bull dog
 
should have to pay me N170,000.00 in interest for taking approximately 17days 8hrs 19mins 10 seconds for a failed NIP not reversed into my account for more than 24hrs after several complaints for me their customer. @cenbank #EndBankingFraud #BankingReform
 
Most customers think that this money will be given to them. I laugh is Spanish 🤣
 
 
And @FirstBankngr has refused to refund my 3k to my account over 1 month now. Something that they said will take 7 working days.. There's no type of form I've not filled, evwn complained on Twitter #EndBankingFraud #BankingReform #BankingReforms #BankingFraud #socialjustice

Please what about a failed POS transactions. Is there no penalty for the banks involved? Most of this banks will hold your funds sometimes for months and each time you go and complain they will give you flimsy excuses and ask to check another day
 
I once mentioned @cenbank and my bank that was the culprit that day. Thinking they (@cenbank) will do anything. PIM I didn't hear. I even thought copying @cenbank will make the bank be on it toes! Iffa hear! They reversed the money when they deemed fit.

The @cenbank should put a process in place for it to receive customer complaints in this regard first hand.

Else this policy is dormant on arrival.

wants to be unfortunate too, an unsuccessful POS transaction to pay PHCN bill last week wasn't refunded, till today it hasn't been refunded. Complained at one of their branches but was told to wait for a minimum of 10 working days before it can be reversed.
 
 
I don't know, if it took @gtbank twenty-two working days to reversed POS declined transaction and no nothing happened.
 
@segalink they have the maintenance fee then let's have the damages fee
 
This is a rubbish impotent directive ,I had an issue and went to central bank calabar till this moment they haven’t even coughed
 
Funny enough @cenbank are useless set of people. They will tell you about some amount the bank will refund you but it’s all lies after inputting necessary on the Central Bank platform then will just go off.
 
One the major problem we have about #EndBankingFraud is @cenbank themselves. Useless set people that can stand their words
 
This is just handwriting. Do they monitor the banks closely? Or must someone report a case to @cenbank before actions will be taken? I did report an incidence and got not response from Central Bank.
 
@cenbank are obviously not responsible as they don't even respond to people's complaints.
