Brody Stevens was a master. Can't believe this news. Depression is a demon that's taken too many great people and as much as it feels right to tell depressed people to reach out to friends and family it's so much more complicated. Just check on and love your friends and family.

Yup. Asking a depressed person to reach out is ... might as well ask them to swim the Atlantic. The currently-healthy ones have to do the reaching.
i thought about committing suicide for 32 days straight once. The last thing i could do was reach out to people. Depression is HELL. I wouldn’t wish it on my biggest enemy.
And don’t stop reaching out- check in, and in and in and in again. Don’t let people suffer alone. You don’t have to get it, just be present and let them feel you there. Don’t let your loved ones suffer alone.
Often family doesn’t get the gravity of depression.
Well said, Travon. I battle depression myself. When depressed, people usually cannot help themselves. and start to isolate themselves. Isolation is dangerous, but it is the first recourse for many. Yes! Check on and love your friends and family, and in person if you can.
Well said. Depressed people can't save them selves necessarily. We need to be on the lookout for each other.
Watched my mom and some friends muddle through depression. It's awful to watch.

This is sad to hear. I send my heartfelt sympathy to his family, friends and fellow comedians. 🙏🏾
Truly a sad day in Comedy, Brody was a truly under estimated comic and actor. It's so sad that someone who brought so much laughter and joy to others was dealing with so much pain inside. We never truly know. R.I.P Brody Stevens
Depression is a demon.
How??.....no, why would you have AOC on the show? She’s a fu*king idiot. Being in the same room with her should be avoided.
What happens to this guy ?
the funniest people in the room are always battling the most. condolences to he and his family... fuck man
All of this. People with depression have trouble doing. When it's really bad, I can't do more than exist in my home, mainly bed. Even answering a text seems impossible. But getting the text can remind me that it would matter to some people if I didn't exist.
Exactly. It's a two-way street. Do your part. Don't wait for the cry for help.
