Look, we are going to have to expand the whole federal judiciary in order to redress this grotesque malpractice, and the manipulation and degradation of the courts by an incompetent president and his party of malevolent lackeys.

Expanding the judiciary won't fix the lower courts. This guy and all the others like him are still going to be deciding real people's cases, most of which won't be appealed or will be upheld on appeal because he's appeal-proofed them.
