This interview is disgraceful. She should never represent SA on stage. I can see why parliament was such a mess the past few years and why the ANC is such a mess - due to people like her, clueless.

In reply to @News24
Having accompanied a fraudster to the jail cell because she didn't agree with a court judgment was the most embarrassing thing to say. Not only that it emboldened the stiffened neck of impunity and populism within the ANC but it also proved how ignorant she is.

In reply to @News24
Partial the ANC is to blame... Vastly the one's to blame are its voters

In reply to @News24
People need to wake up. These people have no interest in fixing the country

This is so embarrassing.

In reply to @News24
That's what they all think...that's what all these criminals think...they still blame apartheid and they have been in power for for 25 years...they will never admit to their criminality

Hayibo noko when are they going to take accountability for messing up the country?

In reply to @News24
She’s high ? This is ALL on the ANC . Cunts

In reply to @News24
Worth a watch! This interview is long but the questions are intriguing and the responses from ANC are shocking to say the least.

In reply to @News24
It's that hairstyle

lmao 😭 what’s happening

In reply to @News24
She was very uncomfortable, I deeply sympathized with her because she tried to defend the indefensible. At times she resorted to speaking in parables. She was ill-prepared. Hence, her answers were vague and ambiguous. A bitter pill for her to swallow indeed!

In reply to @News24
Her body language seemed to indicate that she was quite comfortable. Completely unaware about the impression she left.

In reply to @News24
I want to know her dealer. He might be having good stuff.

In reply to @News24
And who is to be blamed for this ???? The source of all problems we have today pic.twitter.com/4eXvLG2ePy

No one from this party ever takes accountability😂😂

In reply to @News24

In reply to @News24
Why didn't they interview the President of the ANC on same?

In reply to @News24
She responded to the interview with the best of her ability. One would hope that you investigate how HIV was introduced to South Africa and who were the culprits. pic.twitter.com/akw0lDUBxz

In reply to @News24
Jis jy is nie mooi nie!!!

In reply to @News24
Wasn't in the least ramaphosa-shocked at her answers. They were what I came to expect of the corrupt and their accomplices.

In reply to @News24
The most shocking part of this damning Baleka Mbete interview is that she discloses that her opinions and view do not matter both to her and to the ANC. She does not appear to voice anything apart from nodding and going with the flow

In reply to @News24
Because Twitter will flag me have to resort to local slang. What a poes.

In reply to @News24
She’s delusional. Watch the entire interview, she hasn’t got a clue what is going on in her own country or within her own party. It is cringeworthy in the extreme. Should be rebroadcast on all SABC channels to show the idiots who keep voting for cANCer just how stupid they are!

In reply to @News24
Of course not! It's all apartheid's fault! 🙄🤔

In reply to @News24
Nothing she says make sense always😴😴

In reply to @News24
She is yet again incompetant....

In reply to @News24
When you keep on voting crooks and criminals this is how they will respond....ANC politicians will never accept their ineptness....so blame those that keep voting them....they are the ones responsibility...she is right

In reply to @News24
So the world experience the real ANC of today - what a shame??

In reply to @News24
Haha, only exposed by a foreign media outlet, why? What's up with our own journalism? Been wondering past two years.

In reply to @News24
This is the worst government of the last decade something should be done to PRASA in cape Town people are losing there jobs on a daily basis trains come late... U take a train from hugenote station at 05:45 and get to work 09:00 that journey takes u about 1:35 min. usually.

...?...so, then, ..who was driving this taxi...?

Sooo embarrassing 😔😔 @MYANC and @CyrilRamaphosa this is your senior leadership 🙈

She was possibly high. Utterly, completely drunk? #BalekaMbete

This interview is so painful to watch. It is utterly embarrassing for a person of her seniority to be so unprepared #BalekaMbete

Baleka was not even close to being prepared for this interview. It was as though she was ambushed!! 🙄

In reply to @News24

In reply to @News24
Why don't you stop interviewing lomama nhaa bcoz she is not ready for it

In reply to @News24
That is correct in a broad sense if u knit picking. The ANC shares the MAJORITY of the blame. Corruption, lack of implementation etc.

In reply to @News24
What was the point of this interview this interview it seems like a PR attack against South Africa

In reply to @News24
They want to blame whites as always

In reply to @News24
For 25 years who do you blame, the colonialists or the bunch of ANC thiefs

In reply to @News24
She must withdraw all that nonsense as a point of order. She really gave us a glimpse of her thought processes while she was the speaker of parliament. pic.twitter.com/F228iMt55l

In reply to @News24
You are Fucking high!! The ANCancer is to blame for ALL of SA's problems... End of story, close the book!!! The disillusion of this moron Mbete is mind boggling!

In reply to @News24
Just another proof that the ANC has chosen the people not according to profession, integrity or personality. Just plain stupid, ignorant and egoistic parasites who are looking for the own benefit.

In reply to @News24
Sometimes, being politically correct does have its advantages. For one, there's less of a chance you'll make offensive remarks. Most importantly, you won't look like a twat.

In reply to @News24
Man oh man these arrogant cANCer cadres are the most clueless fuks! 😏🤔🙄🤷🏻‍♂️

In reply to @News24
this was a train smash. But the worst is that the ANC will most probably defend her a d make excuses. What is sad for SA is that this is the average politician in SA. She is not alone.

In reply to @News24
ARE you serious, you're all guilty of corruption, YOU turned your back on your own people, ANC gangster government

In reply to @News24
Shocking is an understatement. I just couldn't believe what is was hearing. Very disappointing.

In reply to @News24
Am at a loss of words, what an unmitigated, utter disgrace , the leadership quotient of once of beloved party @MYANC leaves a bitter taste in my mouth....

In reply to @News24
What she said could have been different articulated by someone more polished. Of course the ANC is not the cause of all our woes but a Kgalema Motlanthe or a Phumzile Mlambo Ngcuka would have explained better than a former speaker regularly torn to shreds by a matric failure.

In reply to @News24
These are the type of domkops we ha e had running our country. The ANC will never take the blame. Yet we keep putting these corrupt idiots in power. No wonder the education level is at an all time low, the dumber we make the youth, the lesser the threat in the future

In reply to @News24
You know when you have a neighbour whose dog gets out and rips open the neighbourhood trash bags? Well, this is kinda the same thing. The ANC should keep the gate locked

Why does the Journo not do his research and remind her that her people were a bunch of criminals long before Jan van Riebeeck arrived in the Cape.... stealing each other’s cattle and livestock. killing each other during the tribal wars and raping the young women and mothers ..!

In reply to @News24
Here is the proof that she was sleeping as speaker for the past 4 years

ANC never accountable... it’s always someone else. ANC comrades stand together at the cost of South Africa citizens.

In reply to @News24
She is right ANC is not the problem is people inside ANC

In reply to @News24
this is a great example of pure ignorance

In reply to @News24
Note how the audience laughed at her answers

In reply to @News24
She’s too stupid to be interviewed. ANC inherited everything and fucked it up properly. The ANC is being decolonized now. Mud huts and donkeys are back.

In reply to @News24
I think she was not prepared, the whole interview seems like she wasn't briefed about the questions she was gonna be asked. It was "unfortunate" that she had to be the one there!

In reply to @News24
She was busy bragging about Zondo commission as ANC initiative to expose corruption..no longer former PP Madonselas recommendation

In reply to @News24
Yes not the. ANC...! People in the ANC?

In reply to @News24
The natural tendancy is to hold elected officials in high regard.. but it's clear that you shouldent. Vote for these fools at your own peril.

In reply to @News24
Lack of leadership, with ignorance at its best

In reply to @News24
