But i know the so called RET champions will dispute this and continue to deny. Eskom was a cash cow to few individuals but yet some people dont see that, they just see so called WMC victims. How do you give tender to R88m bidding company over R6.8m bid?

This is more politicking than factual. Eskom is focussing on price without disclosing if all responders were technically competent & had same team sizes The fact that price is low does not meancapability to do the work. Pricing comes after some stagegates that have to be passed.
