Derrek Lee walked so that Anthony Rizzo could run

Probably most underrated Cub ever. People look at 1B and think Grace and Rizzo and rightfully so but man DLee was a STUD

I got DLee to sign my Cubs hat when Cubs played Mets at Shea back in 2005, I told him that he was MVP, I hope I didn't jinx him with that

Still my all time favorite cub

that’s my guy!

DLee was the man. Soriano was dope. Aram was sweet. Zambrano was crazy.

The cubs wasted D.Lee's best year. Neifi Perez and Corey Patterson hitting in the top 2 slots ahead of this guy..

DLee was a monster! Didn't realize he hit 46 bombs that year.

Will forever be one of my favorite cubs, loved his stance and he just had such a smooth swing

There was a point in early July when I actually thought he had a chance at 400. That was such a fun season to watch, especially after the heartbreak of the previous two seasons.

DLee was a machine. One of my all time favorites to watch.

Till this day. One of the best seasons I’ve seen played. He was a monster!

Silver Slugger and Gold Glove, but a different 1B won the MVP.

D-Lee and Aramis hold a place in my heart

I love me some Derek Lee but you can't call coming in second to Pujols being "robbed"

Wish they had him the last 2 years in that lineup.
