"Zesco is PLEASED to inform its esteemed customers and the general public that the Corporation has reduced load shedding hours from minimum 15 hours to between. 10 and 12 hours DAILY countrywide on a rational basis."

This Country.

Are we supposed to be impressed by this? That's over a full day of standard productive hours. A lot of business owners especially will remain disadvantaged.

In as much as we have blamed the utility company each one of us must take responsibility to employ energy saving practices in our homes.
