Unfortunately even a row call after the rafting activity would have been too late, drowning takes 30 sec or less. They should never have been on a child built raft in a torrential river full stop

My worry exactly!! I take kids for camp and every hour you have to know where they are. And here we are with a whole night and someone in charge doesn't even know where kids are or if they are all there. This is not even covered by the indemnity form

I dont think the parents will be able to sue if they signed the indemnity form but I could be wrong. #RIPTOTHEYOUNGMAN

I actually agree if they checked after the activity they would have realised his missing way sooner yes he might have been found dead but it would have showed how competent the school is besides the tragedy that happened ...school showed negligence

I certainly hope the parents take legal action. If it is an affordability matter, we should start crowd funding.

At times this schools they make u sign indemnity forms. Difficult to institute law suit unless a foul play can be depicted
