I read these tweet profiles everyday. They always kick me in the gut. Thank you @AuschwitzMuseum for making sure we never forget and that everyday we are centered by a moral compass as we do this work.

Kind vanuit Drancy Parijs vervoerd naar #Auschwitz.
11 jaar oud vermoord.

Follow Auschwitz Memorial - we should never forget.

Every now and again one of these faces gets into your soul more than usual.

Remember 11 year old Rosa.
Who deserved so much better than this.
The innocence....
This reduced me to tears today.
And so it should.
Rosa ❤

Remember 11 year old Rosa. Because she deserved so much better than this. Peace .

Why do I RT these, you may wonder. Because six million individual Jews & 11 million non-Jews were murdered in the Holocaust. They were given numbers in the camps & buried in mass graves. By naming each of these victims, we‘re giving them their identities back. Let the world know.

she looked such a happy child. Absolutely horrific. My daughter is 11 now, this one has really touched me.

I read every name out loud since following.I am touched by every story but somehow this one made me weep.

Utterly Heartbreaking. It should be a requirement of all twitter members to follow @AuschwitzMuseum and be reminded how blessed their lives are while remembering these victims.

A particularly difficult tweet to view. Please follow this important site, so that we never forget man's inhumanity to man.

I´m german and ashamed. How heartless could be a human being, killing a girl with such a funny smile. Never again!!! I will fight nazis till my last drop of Blood

A young Jewish girl, aged 11, with a beautiful smile, a smile that sadly diminished in the holocaust.

#WeRemember

I look at these photos, especially of the children, and I think: what could they have done with their lives? What beautiful and amazing things have we all missed because they would have created them? #Remember #NeverAgain

In reply to @AuschwitzMuseum
She looks such a bright, happy girl. What a dreadful fate befell her.

Every time I see a post about a child I hope in vain they survived. Sadly being a child was a death sentence to the Nazis. RIP Rosa with the beautiful smile and blonde curls.

We remember you, Rosa Lisoprawski.

Which means she was probably in the train to Auschwitz on her 11th birthday. This is so sad and horrific. #NeverForget

She was murdered in a gas chamber aged 11 less than 80 years ago. Did we learn nothing?

In reply to @AuschwitzMuseum
Auschwitz is a place everyone should try and visit once in their lives.

I follow the Auschwitz memorial to read the individual stories of the deceased and to remember how hate and bigotry can lead to terrible atrocities. #historymatters

In reply to @AuschwitzMuseum
Oh my 💔. Each day I read the stories and look into their faces and say their names. Today is extra hard because it’s my oldest daughter’s 15th birthday but Rosa and so many others never had that chance. Forever in our hearts

I read each and every one of these when they appear in my time line and even click translate if not in English.

Please help them to get 1M followers, bits the least we can do at a time of increases in #Antisemitism and #Holocaust denial.

If you're not following @AuschwitzMuseum, you should be.

Never again.

May her memory be a blessing 🕯

We will remember you today little Rosa and stand by all our jewish friends in this time of rising antisemitism

As with everyone of your posts showing the faces of innocent men, women and especially children, it’s all overwhelmingly horrifying, devastatingly sad and completely indefensible. May they forever be remembered and RIP 🙏💐

In #Australia we put woman, men, & children behind barbed wire fences & call them to the phone by numbers for profit. We call them illegal asylum seekers when it's not illegal to sell asylum. We have ignored #history.

Ficar dando RT no Memorial de Auschwitz me parece especialmente pertinente hoje.

Nazis were socialists, democrats in America are socialists, remember that.

I always get that sting in the throat when looking at the children. Jesus... This account is so necessary. Thanks for your work guys

If you're not following @AuschwitzMuseum could you? It's important to remember that Governments don't always do their best for people, sometimes far from it. Poor Rosa, she'll always be remembered. 😢

Rosa with the curly hair and bright eyes. Don't forget her.

I started reading "The Kindly Ones", had to stop. It is still on my bookshelf unfinished. Evil has to be stopped before it takes hold. Far too many of us are cowardly and selfish.

These pictures hurt my heart. I acknowledge the loss of every one I see. And it really hurts to know that this will take awhile.

In reply to @AuschwitzMuseum
Another sweet little innocent angel....😢

11 years old...yes 11 YEARS OLD, think about that as you drink a brew this morning. Always someone worse off than you....

NEVER FORGET IT HAPPENED/DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN

Remember. Resist. It is not "the other," it is all of us.

An 11-year-old girl like thousands of others offered up by the odious arriviste Rene Bousquet and French police in his and the French state’s shameful devotion to the Nazis. Quite revolting how he flourished after the war helped considerably by friendship with Mitterrand

Never forget and never allow #facism to raise its head again

I have three daughters. I see their faces in every child who is harmed by the adults in life. I see the beauty of who she could have been and the horror of what happened to her.

In reply to @AuschwitzMuseum
I follow your handle to know and understand the atrocities that befell these people. It breaks me apart inside when I read them but I know we can't forget. Thank you for sharing these and acquainting me with their story.

Sweet Rosa I am so sorry your life was cut short in such unimaginable circumstances +at the hands of pure evil. I never knew you, but I know you,+all the others did not deserve a terrible premature death. I cannot imagine what you went through, +all I can say is I'm very sorry.💔

In reply to @AuschwitzMuseum
I’m so sorry this happened to you. X

Rosa, here in this lovely photograph you look so joyful. We mourn what soon was to befall you in your innocence. We say your name, Rosa Lisoprawski, in your remembrance. You are not forgotten.

Kinderschoentjes... bergen

Now what if I told you that "brown kids" are being murdered in camps at this very moment? Not by gas, but by pre-meditated neglect?
