There's a huge disparity between the number of public seating around the Downtown Mall and the number of private seating that requires you to pay for something. What does that say about a space that's supposed to be for everyone to enjoy?

This is a dope story. Comms guy cuts some corners at the end there but there's a good fight in here.

I think everyone should bring folding chairs and camp chairs and have a sit-in downtown. Don’t block pedestrian traffic, just find a cozy spot and claim the mall for everyone. Then somebody rings a bell and everybody moves a few yards to show we’re temporary.
