Visiting the @HolocaustMuseum, I climbed into a freight car on tracks that had once taken ~900k Jews to their death in #Treblinka. My relatives—if any—would have been sent there from Kielce, a Polish town where 42 who survived the war were slaughtered in a pogrom on July 4, 1946.
Today is #HolocaustRemembrance day. Let’s never forget.
¡OJO!
"Today and every day, we commemorate the victims of the Holocaust by pursuing truth, remembrance and education."
- Antonio Guterres, Secretary-General of the UN

Eternal reverence and memory to all of them. Never forget.

⚠️#Iraq - Three gov individuals, may belong to SWAT (depending on their uniform), are threatening Iraqi Protesters by death if they keep chanting against “Al-Sayed Al-Qaaed” (which is one of Muqtada Al-Sader’s nicknames.) RT♻️ #IraqProtest @MPPregent pic.twitter.com/MMq2tjscHe
If not already done, a picture of every survivor and their story of the holocaust should be recorded for history.
“The best way of resisting hatred and preventing more genocides and mass violence is commemoration and education” - @AAzoulay #HolocaustRemembranceDay
