Forget the naming of a swimming pool, let's talk about its funding.

Ever year private schools get hundreds of millions of tax deductible donations for buildings, and taxpayers subsidise this.

It's a bigger scandal than #sportsrorts

woah, we call this class warfare in Australia, no not so much the siphoning of government largess to the rich schools dripping in facilities rather than the public system, but calling it out is what is really inappropriate and belligerent. /s
School Building Fund contributions are only tax deductible if they meet ATO requirements, including being voluntary and not providing material benefit in exchange

St Kevins fee page stipulates an amount and makes no indication it is voluntary
