This is a warning to every Australian.

Labor and @JEChalmers want to replace responsible economic management with a yoga mat, beads and a “wellbeing budget”.

Just another Labor excuse for higher taxes and bigger deficits👇

Have you any idea how ridiculous you look?

Dear @JoshFrydenberg it was shocking to watch you belittle & mock the religious traditions of others in an effort to play the court jester.

Many of the traditions of religious worship, clothing incense, prayer & meditative humming are common & revered across different religions

Hey @JoshFrydenberg

Just wondering why you think it's OK to the piss out of other faiths that embrace meditation & yoga so you can attempt to score political points?

I reckon if anyone used practices or symbols of Judaism for the same reason you'd lose your shit

Actually this is what NZs wellbeing budget prioritises. Sounds excellent to me. Shame we have a mediocre University debating team in charge. All Australians suffer. pic.twitter.com/n2agAXpiU4

This is where we are at. Where the government ridicules the idea of prioritising the wellbeing of people within the community. Childish and embarrassing and beyond a joke. Question time is an insult to taxpayers.
It's time for a god damn revolution.

The most facile treasurer in living memory

This is a warning to all Australians, @JoshFrydenberg is our worst treasurer ever, led by our worst PM. Without an economic plan between them, Frydenberg and #ScottyfromMarketing are leading us into an economic disaster of THEIR own making.

Quality of life and wellbeing of Australians should be the foundation of all government policy decisions, not a source of derision #auspol

GDP measures the dollar value of the things we make each year. It doesn’t distinguish between money spent preventing #climate change and money spent cleaning up oil spills. It’s Bizarre for the Treasurer to mock the need to measure wellbeing as well as GDP #auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
It’s telling, Josh, that you ridicule a proposal by Labor to measure the well-being of Australians. That’s a joke to you because you couldn’t care less about people’s well-being. You’ve made that clear every day of your political career.

There’s almost 3 million Australians who are unemployed, underemployed or who have given up seeking work altogether.

Business investment is collapsing, wages are flat, and people are still picking up the pieces from the fires.

But glad you’re having a laugh, @JoshFrydenberg.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
This is embarrassing. I’m actually starting to feel sorry for you.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
We are fortunate Josh isn't a stand-up comedian, because this is a woeful performance. No style, no panache, it ain't even funny. Another reason why Question Time needs to be reformed, another reason why the Liberals need to be smashed at the 2022 election. #AUSPOL #QT

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Read the room Josh. Twitter thinks you stink. #TwitterCrazies

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
As a Psychologist I spend my entire career trying to improve the well-being of my clients. There r so many factors that constitute well-being & it can often be the difference btwn a life well-lived & a life of struggle. Yr facile denigration of well-being is contemptuous. #auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
You are supposed to be a Minister of the Crown, Frydenberg. Get some dignity and start focusing on your own lack of achievement. With a tanking economy, stagnant wages and stalled productivity, your criticisms of the opposition mean less than nothing.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
What good is an economy if it's not working in the interests of the community?

Cracking investment figures today, Treasurer. Business is really letting rip with the investment, eh? Should we get out and push?

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
You silly man, Mr Frydenberg. Labor does not want to "replace" anything. You know that. When Jacinda Ardern announced the NZ Wellbeing Budget 2019 - Australians' level of envy increased. That's the PM we need. Labor is proposing something similar. Now go away. Thanks.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
An excellent example of a Treasurer trying channel Paul Keating, but ending up looking like a complete toolbox. You need style to be like Keating, and Frydenberg has no class, behaves like a cashed-up bogan.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
You do understand that you finally outed yourself and your Government as not giving a flying one about the well-being of the people of Australia. It's not really a laughing matter.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Mr Frydenberg, Your words here in the Parliament are grubby, misleading and insulting. Imagine if an MP made snide remarks about ”entering the chamber, wearing a yarmulke” or ”wearing a crucifix”. Have the decency to address the issues facing our nation and the planet. #auspol

This is just embarrassing

Sloppy @JoshFrydenberg is failing to deliver on his own Budget

And hasn't done the hard work to find out what a "well-being Budget" actually is

twitter.com/JoshFrydenberg…

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Oh dear what a clown this Frydenberg is.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
"Responsible economic management". Just remember those words @JoshFrydenberg . While you're remembering, look at this graph... pic.twitter.com/T0OdDXI5Pm

Higher taxes @JoshFrydenberg? Your government is the highest taxing government as a % of GDP on record. Statistics matter. #auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
This is a warning about what a failed treasurer will resort to, in question time carrying on like a total nut job rather than answering a perfectly reasonable question.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Naturally an entitled MP from Kooyong wouldn't be interested about the well being of the Australian people, would he? Whose side is he on? Morrison claims he would "burn for us". (what ever that means as Prince Charles said) Didn't last long did it.

#auspol Maybe Josh can let go of his dick and be a big boy and apologise to those faith /religious beliefs use meditation and yoga. He wouldn't like it if someone mocked Jewish practice to insult the govt His behaviour was reprehensible in #qt #frydenberg @BelindaJones68 +

Oh, hold on - @JoshFrydenberg is attacking the Labor party again! That must mean he hasn’t a clue how to deal with the current economic crisis?! So Josh “I’m not a Hungarian” Frydenberg are you still guaranteeing a big budget surplus?

What a disgraceful Govt this is.
If more Australians really saw what they are then they wouldn’t be in Govt. But - it’s the enablers & those who knowingly walk by who I’ll always remember #auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
I comfort myself that very soon it will become obvious to even the most sycophant apologist in the #MSM that your dangerous idiocy, blatant lying and utter shameless incompetence will be called out;in the meantime our economy is in tatters;your surplus shown to be #Fake #auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Frydenberg may well benefit from some well-being. Instead, he uses strategies in mental and physical health management as a means to mock the ALP. Josh needs to apologies to all sufferers of mental illness plus the practitioners whose help them. #auspol #qt #frydenberg

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Not sure it’s a great look to be mocking the idea that our political leaders might concern themselves about our “wellbeing”. Not everything should be about profit, Josh. Would be nice change to have pollies that put people & communities at the heart of their decision making.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Thanks to the #Coalition, the wellbeing of Australians has declined. A wellbeing budget is a great idea. You need to warn Australians about the govt's penchant for avoiding discussing what the costs of +3C will be to the economy, #sportsrorts and growing inequality.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
What an unbelievably tragic waste of time this is. How nice for you @JoshFrydenberg to be milking time, patience and cash and laughing while people are hurting, in poverty, stricken.

You have the biggest debt in history. Enough to break Australia. You should be in jail.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Speaking of “flowing robes, beads and incense”, how is Cardinal Pell doing these days? Would he agree with your mockery of these religious habits? Is this what your LNP Freedom of Speech Bill is seeking to protect @JoshFrydenberg?

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
We pay you to develop and implement policy. Your childish fingerprinting will not excuse you from doing nothing.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Well Being places a lot less stress on the Health Sector, Community Sector and even our police. It also saves precious lives. You Sir, are a sick joke. You obviously have no idea about the disparity in regional & rural Australia. These are our families you are making a joke of.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Yoga mats and beads is sounding like a real step up at the moment. But hello. I'd like greater social cohesion and for people to have a greater sense of well-being as well. Fund that instead of #sportsrorts, invisible water, and fossil fuel subsidies.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
It would be nice if the LNP would consider the wellbeing of the public before the enrichment of its donors.........just saying Josh

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
You haven’t done any research on what it would be or costed it; you only know how to slash services & pass $ to mates & donors. You’re barely economically literate - and that’s being generous

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Absolutely disgusting Josh. @GregHuntMP I hope you were cringing. With the nation facing a mental health crisis, any politician criticising any method of relieving trauma, stress etc such as yoga, meditation & wellbeing should hang their head in shame. Applause Mr Chalmers

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
There’s an old saying Josh. “ It’s an empty vessel that makes the most noise”

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
The entire automotive industry in Australia collapsed under LNP 'economic management'

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Four hours later, Josh is still searching for his punchline. Do not under any circumstances employ this stand-up comedian for your next conference event. It will be a flop. #AUSPOL

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Picture this for a Labor ad at the next election Labor -" We believe in investing in helping ppl with mental health because 1 in 5 will have suffered from it" Clip of Josh - Laughing " hugs for all" continues laughing "Liberals laugh but we don't think it's a joke. End.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
What a dope!!! Can't get any more ridiculous Mr Freydenberg. Stand up comedian...you're not...fiscal manager.... you're not.

You are aware aren't you Josh that 'Wellbeing Economics' has been on the agenda of the World Economic Forum for years as a serious issue. Success of an economy isn't just measured in terms of you sitting somewhere in a corner counting money.
#auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
It's all just a big joke isn't it Joshy?, Whilst happily rorting your way to a tidy taxpayer funded retirement

In reply to @ComissionerKate
This wasn’t just an off the cuff comment Frydenberg later regretted. No. In fact he has proudly tweeted 👇🏼 this video of himself. THIS is what he stands for. twitter.com/joshfrydenberg…

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Any government that doubles the national debt, drives wages, productivity and retail sales to a standstill, and spends taxpayer’s money like it’s water on rorts to buy the election, doesn’t get to boast about “responsible economic management”

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
YOUR criticism about a wellbeing budget-WHY are you .@LiberalAus ‘s so afraid of sharing AUS wealth were you born heartless non empathetic bullies?I say this frm a yoga mat wearing mulla beads my son gave me&grateful4alternative now the norm thinkers Go do a yoga class&meditate🧘‍♀️

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Interest rates at unprecedented lows indicate an economy going backwards. That's your legacy Josh. 0.75% and falling further. We're fucked.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Warning noted and filed under “more moronic statements by Josh the incompetent”

Tim Fischer saw Bhutan’s gross national happiness index “not as some vague feel-good dogma for meditation but as a serious attempt to ensure government policies reached beyond the fiscal to ensure general wellbeing and happiness.”

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Just do your job, you are no PJKeating...not smart enough

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Imagine Freydenerg's howls of outrage if another MP characterised Jewish religious practices (kosher food, the kippah, the celebration of Yom Kippur) as loopy and infecting the parliament. Do unto others ...

Safe for Josh to post this on Twitter. But if he posted it on Instagram he’d offend a whole platform of wellness influencers.

Frydenberg may well benefit from some well-being. Instead, he uses strategies in mental and physical health management as a means to mock the ALP. Josh needs to apologies to all sufferers of mental illness plus the practitioners whose help them. #auspol #qt #frydenberg

Over 2 million Australians practice yoga @JoshFrydenberg . Are you not interested in their votes? #auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Amusing to suggest your gvt has ever been concerned with responsible economic management. It's politics first for you. Our economy is on the verge of collapse with record gvt debt, near zero interest rates, unaffordable housing and rising cost of living. That's all yours. #auspol

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
You Sir, are a disgrace! Are you okay with your religion being ridiculed like that? Appalling and most offensive! I thought you were a decent man, but that was a long long time ago. #auspol

But this is what the Liberals think will get people back to work. I would take Labors TAFE over this any day. dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/arti…

This is because Jasinta Ahern went down this track. Trying to please the masses with garbage. What about something real like water and food security or dare I say it cheap electricity No we cant do that we will have a well being fest. Bring your tambourine.

This IS a warning to every Australian. That @JoshFrydenberg and the Coalition don’t care about the well being of the Australians they purport to represent.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
So you don't intend to look after the well being of your voters? You prefer them to be poor, down trodden, ill and scared?

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
I mean it really is true to say that our biggest deficits, and most frequent, have been delivered by the Libs ...

Let’s have a read of some of the actual @JEChalmers speech to which the Treasurer is referring jimchalmers.org/media/speeches…

So you want to make life worse for us? Is that your message?

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Wellbeing is a good thing, only a sociopath or possibly someone in a job well out of his depth would think otherwise.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Yesterday we decided the #WIndupToyTreasurer wouldn't make it as a stand up comedian Today he proved us right! #GiveUpYourDayJobJosh...you're hopeless!!

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
You are confused. There is yoga mat-wellbeing, and there is not dying in misery because the govt is hounding you for fake debts and stealing your kids' very future existence. Gosh, imagine if you parked the cheap shots and actually listened to the experts and the evidence.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
This was not funny. I was appalled at the behaviour of Parliament today. We're in a #climateemergency and people are suffering post the #AustralianFires. Way too soon and disrespectful. Stop acting like children and act like adults please. #auspol

Just inept @JoshFrydenberg ...you will have your place in history but not the one you think you deserve 😂😂

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Bookmarked Josh for when you screech antisemitism

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Can you hear yourself Josh? I cringe to think that the treasurer of this country is an overpaid child

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Stop embarrassing yourself Josh. This is childlike immaturity at its best. Actually, many children would are smarter and more mature than you at this point in time. Pathetically inept display by the @ScottMorrisonMP Cabinet.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Really you can be better than that! Did you never learn the importance of diplomacy and statesmanship? If and when you can do better, then you can do some chest beating!

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
This is the Liberal & Nationals biggest problem they are more focused on trash talking the Labor party than running the country.

Instead of leaving the homeless to die in the streets, hunting the unfortunate and driving them to their deaths through RoboDebt, stealing money from the disabled to fund a pretend surplus!! I think I’ll take a Well-being budget any day!!

I demand to know why the Prime Minister directed my taxes to ensuring he was elected. I want to know about the dishonesty to do with water. I want transparency regarding treatment of offshore detainees, and I want religion out of our Parliament

Your narcissistic performances in #qt are despicable. For a Jewish man with your heritage, who was decrying Holocaust deniers and neo-Nazis yesterday, today you are mocking Eastern culture, Jacinda Adern and New Zealand, and the entirely altruistic concept of a Wellbeing Budget.

In reply to @JoshFrydenberg
Heaven forbid we judge our nations success on how happy it’s people are instead of how much they spend at the shops..

Mate, you're Jewish, you should be more respectful to other faiths. Yoga was around long before Abraham came along.

Catholic rosary beads? Hindu Japa mala prayer beads? Islamic Misbaha prayer beads? Japanese Zen Buddhist prayer beads?
