Voter #DemDebate reaction:

"I stood in Russian lines for sugar, coffee and meat as a child. To me, clearly the candidates don't know what they are talking about."

Take notice: survivors of communism and socialism don’t want anything to do with Democrats.

She grew up in communist Poland & stood in ration lines. The key word here is "communist". Many Americans cannot differentiate between Communism, Socialism & Democratic Socialism (or Social Democracy). Thanks to a lackluster education system and media misinformation.

I grew up in Germany, seeing first hand what happened in east Germany. I was in 11th grade when the wall came down. Socialism and communism never works!

Bernie Bros had better wake up!! Socialism is evil!

In reply to @robbystarbuck
You are so right, the problem is their opponents only talk about costs, but the main effect of socialism is long lines, rations, big bureaucracy, party affiliation apartheid, price controls, Inflation, unemployment

My wife grew up in East Germany -GDR-, where we now live.. Everybody over 40 has stories of extreme shortages of everyday items....and of extremely poor quality of said items. The Democrat party is 100% dependent on the extreme STUPIDITY of their emotion-based voters.

Socialism always results in shortages! Shortages of food, gasoline, medical care, medicines, housing, cars, energy all resulting from disabling the free market & competition! Under Socialism everyone is equal, equally miserable except for the Socialist elites!

Why do we always get the feeling...after Pete Buttigieg answers ANY question...he's going to turn to his left and try to sell a used car to Elizabeth Warren?

Perhaps for a moment you could consider that these people are blaming their poor living conditions on the political/economic systems instead of the evil assholes like Stalin and Khrushchev that were put in charge of them.

Polish people are strong survivors!

Truth! If you are supporting Bernie, you need to visit Cuba!

She’s right. I went to Russia in 1978 and there were lines just for certain foods. Very bad. #MAGA #KAG

In reply to @robbystarbuck
A lot of people who have stood in lines for food may have not known another way of life & they still think it is awful. Now add America where we would wait with a bunch of privileged brats who already think they are owed free everything and become violent over it. Disastrous!

My grandparents came from Poland also in 1912 through Ellis Island to the Detroit area because of Russian occupation and oppression. Started a successful business. I am grateful every day for the grit my ancestors gave me.

I was born in communist Romania (Socialist Republic of Ro.). My parents and I fled in ‘89. Please do not fall for the Dem’s lie. Signing away more of your money to “make things better for everyone” is an old lie many dangerous leaders have used before. It always ends bad. ☠️

I’ll finance any democrat who wants to go live in Russia for a year. I’ll cover everything and you report back.

In reply to @robbystarbuck
You mean survivors of dictators who called themselves communist. Funny, no one worries about losing the votes of victims of Capitalist dictators the US supported in the DRC, Chile, and Argentina.

In reply to @robbystarbuck
She said Ration not Russian I think

Liberals love having their subjects rely on them for food and love seeing them in lines begging for it. Liberalism is fascism.

What sad is you keep seeing these idiots who say we are not talking about communism we are talking about Democratic socialism like Denmark. No you idiot Denmark is Capitalism with a strong safety net just like the US. They are talking about Communism and you are STUPID!

In reply to @robbystarbuck
Yeah? Well she didn't go to an American college so she doesn't know what she's talking about! /s

That debate stage was a Billionaire Sandwich: - Bloomberg & Steyer: Crusty old white bread. - Buttigieg: Unflappable mini gherkin pickle. - Warren: Baloney. - Sanders: Russian dressing. - Biden: Aged Cheese Whiz. - Klobuchar: Wilted Iceberg lettuce (applied with a comb).

But waiting in line will bring us together as a people. 😀

My granddad took a gun to the store and demanded milk when his baby needed it and the ration cards were all gone. This was in the USA under capitalism

In reply to @robbystarbuck
She said “ration lines”.

In reply to @robbystarbuck
I'm pretty sure she said "ration lines" but the point remains the same

Are you able to describe what a mixed economy is to me? Bernie isn’t just a “socialist”. We already have socialistic policies in our economy todayMedicare, or for example Trumps tax cuts to the ultra wealthy. America is a mixed economy. Bernie just wants it to work for everyone

In reply to @robbystarbuck
Anyone capable of understanding cause and effect also should disavow the Democrats.

In reply to @robbystarbuck
Don’t conflate communism with socialism. Socialism has more in common with Capital. As in free markets.

In reply to @robbystarbuck
*ration lines. But again, I guess they are Russian lines! LOL

In reply to @robbystarbuck
I have stood in lines to get a Starbucks and just about threw a fit. I'm thinking "no thanks"

Do you not understand the difference between democracy and totalitarianism?

In reply to @robbystarbuck
💔💔💔 People actually want to vote for this garbage. I enjoy freedom. 🤷

In reply to @robbystarbuck
This is fear getting in the way of reasoning. If we shift slightly to the right should we fear fascism? Truth is dealing with the massively disproportionate distribution of wealth and treating health care and education as a right is just not a slippery slope to communism

That’s great because they’ll vote for President Trump.

To all you #Bernie supporters:
Check this out. Then please do some research of your own about Socialism/Communism around the world. Because the only difference between the two is one you vote your rights away and the other your rights are taken by force! Choose wisely 🇺🇸

Amazing how little the Left understands about the realities of what they espouse. Survivors of socialism/communism don’t want a repeat....and for good reason!

#DemDebate2020 Why not ask some decent questions to those running for Presidency. #BernieSanders "It's a good thing to stand in line for bread." Obtuse. #Election2020.
