Now to wait for @SpokespersonGoK to come with the clarifications that follow. Like clarifying that there is a difference between continuing curfew and halting lockdown. Or that extended curfew doesn't mean hotels, schools, worship places cannot be opened
Between Interior CS Matiang'i and CS Education Mak-something who was not sober when making announcements this nation seems to be controlled when the second whiskey is half full. Cause sometimes I make same mistakes when I am already done with the first bottle
Curfew and lockdown extension would have been better with a reason , maybe mass testing , or vaccination. But lockdown extension without a plan is destroying people's lives! This is not fare at all, how do they want us to survive? No food , no job , no money!!!
This is the most ackward decision by chief cabinet secretary.what changes between 8 and 10pm or what usually transmitts the virus in 2 hrs time.We accept the lockdown but at least give us a breathing break and sanction the curfew just like the rest of the country (10pm to 4pm)
We are led by insensitive leaders. Our economy is dropping to the lowest and no one is acting to save us. By the time corona is gone we will have the worst performing economy in East Africa. We have better ways of fighting the pandemic. Our leadership is killing us.
8pm curfew is the worst thing that has happened so far! Many are the times you queue at the bus station from job around 6pm to 7pm,,kufika kwa nyumba few minutes past 8pm (if you are lucky) unapata ata Chumvi huna and shops are definately closed! What a life. @FredMatiangi
you people are getting full salaries, huge allowances, free fuel, security, free electricity, u have homes meaning no rent payable....why hurt Kenyans this much? what's curfew doing to curb corona while people mingle everyday everywhere? life has come to a halt.

No matter how bad it may look, the government is doing it's work...better be in the cautious side of things especially life and death than daring. Read the happenings of South Africa, you will understand. It's not just economics but life's which are more economical. Rem Magufuli?
