tulane is a disgusting parasite leeching off of the city of new orleans exhibit #1546

"Over the next few years, the developers and Tulane will transform Charity into a mixed-use complex..." pic.twitter.com/O7DYBF9heW

You’d be crazy to live there

Now someone should do Lindy Boggs in MidCity

tulane owns a ton of downtown real estate now

The hospital where I was born. #charityhospital ❤️

It’s great to see this historic building being put to good use after 16 years

This annoys me. Also: the biowaste/hazard in that building must make it a lowkey Superfund site.

Tulane doing what I BEEN said should've been done with Charity.

How much in tax incentives / exemptions are going into this project? What about affordable housing?

At least it's not being converted into a hotel.😏 But if it was up to the 🤡s at city hall, it would cuz they're too lazy to attract desired jobs.

This is a big deal for the city of #NewOrleans

This is the hospital I was born in! Creepy af 😂😂😂

Great news. Tulane has the resources to make it happen. The old Charity building is going to need a looooot of TLC

I would love to live in a haunted formal hospital but I know that the cost for rent is gonna be absurd. Lol

It's best that @Tulane move all of its medical offices out of those ex-Oil & Gas bldgs into one centralized location. Pharmaceutical companies should also locate their regional HQ in here as well. Big Charity can handle a large load, but apartments should be out of discussion.🚫
