It’s really not aimed precisely at UK. Certainly it needn’t be excluded but UK has massively reduced leverage. And is consistently untrustworthy. EU has moved on. UK Govt hasn’t. Should Scotland have its chance to decide its future, I hope it will be thru this new lens.
