Wall St. will use their strong dollar to buy Europe for a nice discount when it is in full recession mode.

My opinion is that this has a lot to do with the conservative mindset embedded in the german culture, risk taking has never been part of the german culture.

Maybe you'd care to distinguish at least between EU and non-EU? Or for you it's irrelevant whether an investor is French or, say, Russian?
