The driver of this #Intercape bus No 711 from Pretoria to East London is demanding a young woman to get off the bus in the middle of nowhere. Their system says her ticket is for Aliwal North, but her ticket says EL. His head office has instructed him to remove her from the bus.

If her ticket says EL then she clearly paid the EL amount, which is more than Aliwal North amount. I think the cashier changed the destination on the system after getting the payment so that they can pocket the difference without creating a discrepancy in the books.

Ths is madness one passenger and everyone has to wait 3 hours for something that can be resolved in EL or ask her to pay the balance of the trip hai, what r the ethical standards of ths businesses?

Oh my gosh, this is so heartbreaking! Bus service to the Eastern Cape has been appalling since Greyhound left. Incompetent service and horrendous attitudes are the norm! Hope she is safe!

Intercape is a Messed Up bus Ever, I've Used it in The Past until I decided to Stop Using it because of these Same type of Reasons if it's Not Break down they fight With Passengers .. it's Expensive for Nothing 馃毊馃毊

If something bad happen to any of those passenger is the end of @IntercapeBus this is unacceptable, they must stop acting as off they are the only service provider, they are not doing any favour for that passenger she paid for the service .

This is awkward because this is the same company that has been having its drivers shot and killed. Makes you question whether they even deserve this sympathy they are seeking from the public when they treat the same public (prospect customers and customers) like shit
