Not a legal expert like you . But common sense tells can one have a chance of special advantage twice ? Once he is eligible for reservation under one category he comes under a seperate category and the rule excluding him from other category is based on specific criteria .

Why not in 50% give reservation priority to poor? Why reservation to rich in SC/ST or OBC? They don't have any social issues as poor SC/ST.

There is already a large % reservation exclusively 4 #SC, #ST, #OBC. Why should der b another reservation in #EWS category ?
