The powerful dissent of the two Honourable judges underlined the truth that the basic structure of the Indian Constitution did not permit exclusion. There are poor among all castes and communities. The moot question is "will the poor be treated equally under the Constitution?"

We live in times that require a wise and compassionate understanding of the basic structure of the Constitution I am sure that the Supreme Court will be petitioned to re-visit the issue on which the Honourable judges were divided

What measures congress took to ensure that the reservation benefits are given to those who deserve within the quota? Why creamy layer recommendations not implemented? When MMS appointed sinho commission, did you oppose? Have you seen official stand of congress on EWS?

Yes you are absolutely correct though u’r intent is mischievious. The Supreme Court should revisit & carve out 50% reservation for economically weaker SC ST section from the existing SC ST reservation.

"compassionate understanding"

Demonetisation was the greatest decision undertaken. Now everyone is blaming the ‘activist politicians’ for creating a bogey about its failure all these years.

Why not to treat every caste as poor, And provide it for all.

When you say reservation for weaker section, it means weaker section, irrespective of their Caste and Creed. The most weaker section are the SC/STs,whom you want to exclude. This would mean you once again want to destroy the Dalits and bring their status to pre independence time.

All reservations has to be strictly bound by ews only irrespective of caste, because of few greedy selfish politicians still we are not able to eliminate caste system and 75 year old practise is still not stopped, we can see govt officials kith and kin getting reservations, shame

EWS quota within the quota will solve the creamy layer issue also. Maybe 20% within the OBC, SC, ST should go to EWS of OBC, SC, ST.
