Basically, the appeals court panel seems extremely concerned about the precedent it would set — for judges to interfere in criminal investigations — if they let the special master process stand. Trusty trying to salvage things now.

Tough luck for Judge Loose Cannon if true - she can tell the panel how disappointed she was in the ruling reversing her when she gets her payoff with an 11th Circuit appointment in a second Trump administration.
