Here is a Royal Mail manager gloating about getting stuck into clearing mail on a strike day. And they have travelled 60 miles from their normal workplace.

This isn’t right. This isn’t acceptable and we won’t stop calling it out.

Managers doing postman’s work used to be frowned upon. Now look at them. Do they realise with all these job losses that they will be next. Less postmen require less managers simple maths. Support your colleagues.

Everyone be like 🐌 tmoz. Don’t concentrate on tracked parcels. Work at a steady pace and bring back what’s left. Simple.

Numpties don't realise we're fighting for their jobs too🤦‍♂️

In reply to @CWUnews
Shame he didn’t post an after picture. Guaranteed not much will have changed.

In reply to @CWUnews
But can he do it every single day…I don’t think so. Good luck CWU, stand strong

In reply to @CWUnews
Only one day , let's see you do this everyday

In reply to @CWUnews
He’s a name and number at the end of the day. Managers will be next in line

In reply to @CWUnews
Well dine that man 💪👏

In reply to @CWUnews
Until he realises he hasn’t a clue what he is doing and the mail is still there 🤔

Taking photos inside a Royal Mail sorting office and going against data protection this person should be sacked as he is in breach of this 🤦🏻‍♂️

In reply to @CWUnews
For the same pay as those who normally do it? I bet a big management bonus?

He is a traitor that supports the established wealthy that continue to rob our working clas and stave our country and its services

In reply to @CWUnews
As I've said before, this time next year all delivery office managers will have been replaced by delivery support staff, and I for one will wave them off.

In reply to @CWUnews
I stand with the strike as my Husband is a postie but you shouldn't be calling out and shaming those who choose not to strike. This is a democratic country and we choose what we want to do. My Husband is striking and will continue to do so but some in his office are not

In reply to @CWUnews
Good luck moving that lot, 10 ciggie breaks and 6 cuppas won’t move that lot

In reply to @CWUnews

The one word that comes to mind is S _ AB apparently it’s offensive to say that now!! NEVER CROSS A PICKET LINE! The Whole country is up in arms regarding the cost of living so therefore we should all b supporting our fellow workers receive a fair pay raise!#enoughisenough

20000-30000 less workers in the near future and these clowns think they’ll need as many managers to manage significantly less people. The ones left will be key holders for hubs and day off cover. I’ll see the rest of you at the job centre.

In reply to @CWUnews
Scabs now, scabs always. You scab once, you die a scab. It can never be washed off. UTW

Managers are there to manage. The right to strike should be as respected as the right not to, regardless of pay grade.

In reply to @CWUnews
At least they have morals..

In reply to @CWUnews
css machine sorting mail there, doubt the manager would have a clue what to do with it.

In reply to @CWUnews
Thought taking photos inside the workplace and posting them on social media was a sackable offence?

In reply to @CWUnews
Good on them - if they choose not to strike that is their choice & the company adopting a flexible modern approach to help solve the current priorities is the right thing to do! Who is bullying now ??

In reply to @CWUnews
….but the strike amongst other things is about reduced delivery so official delays to Nan getting her vouchers

In reply to @CWUnews
He will just have been doing a bit of prep. Missorts galore.

In reply to @CWUnews
Challenge accepted? What challenge? Be a massive wanker? Well, mission accomplished.

In reply to @CWUnews
Do these people think they’re going to get some special deal for their toadyism? If they end up with no staff to manage they’ll be next. The likes of Thompson wouldn’t think twice about binning them off if it secures his bonus.

In reply to @CWUnews
Puppet, he'll come to grieve like all the other puppets that think they are the saviour of royal mail

In reply to @CWUnews
That doesn't look clear, that looks like it's organised to drop on the lads in the morning

Strike breaking little fucking cun**

This is what a scab looks like.

Proper bosses know their responsibility is always with the wellbeing of the team they work with. Never the company bottom line.

In reply to @CWUnews
If there is a massive reduction of workers at mail centres it obviously follows there will be less managers

In reply to @CWUnews
Try accepting the challenge on a posties wage and on the new proposed lack of terms and conditions that we are all super clear about. I wonder how that would go team? 🤔 #StandByYourPost #CWUANDPROUD

That manager should now be addressed as "Judas".

In reply to @CWUnews
Would be good for you to know their name, so next year when they’re on the chopping block and they’re knocking on the unions door for help, you can remind them of this! pic.twitter.com/4nKU0JKrhC

Why? He can do what he wants

In reply to @CWUnews
I assume many not posting out cards and parcels this festive season. So won't require so many workers. I believe this trend will continue leading to job losses. Many other business's hit by strikes will do same.

In reply to @CWUnews
So people who don't agree with you are wrong? No debate, just wrong. CCP thinking that.

In reply to @CWUnews

In reply to @CWUnews
So what? Demarcation ended years ago. You go on strike because you want it to be 1970 again & the company will deploy whatever contingency plan they have to mitigate the damage you are doing to the customer.

In reply to @CWUnews
There's always a bootlicker.

In reply to @CWUnews
