Thompson says he’s only doing what customers want, but all my customers want is a reliable service, delivered as early as possible and them not having to be home to receive their delivery. There are several new revenue stream hidden within that idea, also.
Royal Mail don't see the customer as the person we deliver to. Rather they see it as the person we deliver for. i.e boohoo, Moonpig, John Lewis etc. I don't understand this as the person we deliver to has paid the delivery cost. Mismanagement again.
