The CNN reporters don’t seem to be aware of that the vaccines in China are Chinese made ”replicas” and do not work on strands like Omikron. What this means is that China can never get rid of Covid, until they buy the same vaccines as the rest of the world is getting.

I am in disbelief. Publicly saying anything against the Party has not been culturally acceptable and just doesn’t happen. From my time in China, any conversation about politics or protest was immediately shut down. Very happy and fingers crossed it doesn’t turn violent
