No, I think "incarceration" is not punishment. You need work farms. Make crime unprofitable. They do crime because they don't want to work. Sure they are stuck in a cell, but I'm slaving away everyday to house and feed myself. Why should they sit around?

A conviction for seditious conspiracy confirms that the attack on US Capitol was a premeditated plot, not a protest that got out of hand. DOJ must find out who else was involved in the plot.
