Being a northerner, I find the worst crime in this plate is the gravy - presumably made with the tears of the waiting staff being forced to serve this abomination.

Strange to say as you get older appetite declines. This is probably the size my dinner will be. True but sad, I used to love a full on Xmas or roast.
