300 yrs ago we’d just duel this shit out. It’s blatantly obvious when one party has abandoned the common good and is pressure testing circumvention of the constitution. Fucking unbelievable. There needs to be a hard reset button

If ignoring precedent is good enough for SCOTUS, it’s likely good enough for the NC Supreme Court.
