ＮＨＫのやつ、今回に見落とされてて切ないのですが「全員支払え」の根拠が「公益であること」ならば、今ある番組審議の仕組みをもっと参加型にしたり県ごとに評議できる仕組みを整える事、加えてドイツのように受信料を払う住民に一定程度の放送の枠を解放するなどが、議論されなければ、と思います。 https://t.co/UUDOQUXDiY
