What was the best article you read this week?

Any topic is fair game.

This is an incredible conversation with Kyle Morgan, who recently left Delta Force after an illustrious career as one of our greatest warfighters.

Highly recommend watching @ShawnRyan762 host Kyle for an emotional, important discussion.

Winston Churchill used to wake up at 730am and stay in bed until 11am.

During this time he ate breakfast, read newspapers, and dictated messages to his secretaries.

So what did he do at 11am?

He bathed and then began work, but not without a whiskey and soda 馃く

We need more ideas, not less.

We need more conversations, not less.

We need more speech, not less.

We need more understanding, not less.

The free market, not censorship, will sort out the bad ideas as it has done for thousands of years.

Hey @APompliano todays newsletter recording has a hum and static in the audio, and seems it got exported at 1.25x or 1.5x speed.

The recordings always have static in them (for me at least).

Can you look into fixing this?

Thank you sir! Much love 馃

Strong agree - as Steve Jurvetson often points out, 2/3 of the companies in the Dow Jones were founded in a recession. Your favorite "bitcoiners" store their customers' bitcoin and their shareholders' bitcoin on centralized exchanges and custodians. It is a requirement in the real world. Hopefully that changes one day, but for now it is simply a reality.

Bear markets eventually end, but they can last longer than you think.

If you speak to anyone who has been around for multiple cycles, they will tell you now is the time to focus, build, and learn.

While most of the new "bitcoiners" were anti-bitcoin or launching ICOs a few years ago, I was yelling from the mountain top that ICOs were unregistered securities & bitcoin was the focus. Many people chirping today are hypocrites. From 2018: twitter.com/APompliano/sta鈥
No one seems to be talking about the US judge鈥檚 ruling that the ICO fraud case he is overseeing falls under securities law.

For over 2 years my partners and I l said investing in unregistered securities was dangerous game.
