The Morrison Gov must explain why so many children on #NDIS are having their plans cut? 7 year-old Liv, who lives with rare genetic disorder Williams syndrome, this year had her NDIS support cut from $36,702 to $20,369. Why @lindareynoldswa?

Melbourne turned it on this morning when Labor Leader @AlboMP visited the outstanding Flemington Farmers Market in my Maribyrnong electorate. Great to see our colleague @DanielMulinoMP there too.☀️

A beautiful big community battery for Flemington-Kensington in my electorate. Will cut prices and emissions for a community that has done it tough and only a federal Labor Government will deliver it. Thanks to ⁦@Bowenchris⁩ for coming down for the day to announce it. 🔋🔌🌏

The Morrison Government is stifling the @EveryAustralian Counts campaign to stop proposed God powers in the #NDIS. They have blocked access to the campaign on the Parliament House wifi. This is an attack on free speech and grassroots democracy.

Experts have said Linda Reynold's comments around the NDIS, proposal to get the states to cough up and concerns around cost blow outs aren't backed by evidence, and show a fundamental misunderstanding of the scheme

.@lindareynoldswa says the #NDIS has become a “welfare scheme for life”. Tell that to the 460,000 Australians with significant and permanent disabilities. She owes people with disabilities an apology. pic.twitter.com/RbyIZIyuEq

Robodebt victims still being kept in the dark by a Morrison Government coverup. Not good enough. #auspol

Scott Morrison is many things, but he is not a leader. That’s what Australia needs right now. #auspol

Congrats to ALP Senator Kitching on her award for services to human rights.
I am so honoured to receive the Magnitsky Award for Oustanding Contribution to the Global Magnitsky Movement tonight in London for 🇦🇺Australia's imminent Magnitsky human rights law which is the result of a long-term, bi-partisan effort by many. #auspol youtube.com/watch?v=IITSNk…

Over the past two days I’ve met with around the 100 people in Coffs Harbour who believe in the #NDIS but know it’s being mismanaged by the Morrison Government. Thanks for having me, Coffs 🍌

Vale Geoffrey Giudice, former Federal Court Judge and President of Fair Work Australia. A fearless, impartial and brilliant legal mind. His contribution to industrial relations and public service was distinguished and of the highest order. My deepest condolences to his family.

A great turnout to chat about the NDIS in Coffs Harbour. Coffs’ locals know the value of the #NDIS and are seeing plans cut, just as people are across the country. A beautiful part of the world and the warmest of welcomes. Thanks for having me. ☀️🌊🍌

80 year old man with dementia has pension cancelled by @lindareynoldswa has to go to court for justice. More breathtaking cruelty and heartlessness from the government that gave us Robodebt #SaveOurCentrelink theguardian.com/australia-news…

Cruel #NDIS cuts and Morrison Government mismanagement have seen a 20 per cent jump in appeals to the AAT:

Was my pleasure to launch the new book by @vanbadham at Trades Hall. After JFK Jr’s “resurrection”, Travis Scott’s “Satanic sacrifice” & the anti-vax gallows outside Vic Parliament, it’s a good time to talk about the public impact of internet conspiracy cults.

Congratulations @tanya_plibersek on being the longest serving woman in the Australian House of Representatives. I could not be prouder to have you as a colleague.

Has Australia ever had a prime minister who's evaded responsibility like Scott Morrison? 🤡 #auspol

Justice may be blind, but a blind trust is not necessarily just. @stuartrobertmp must reveal any conflicts of interest. #auspol
THREAD: An investigation by @d_hardaker has raised serious questions about the use of a blind trust by Minister for Employment Stuart Robert to shield scrutiny of his financial dealings.

As Australia this week reaches the 90% double vaccination point, people with disabilities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are being left behind. Have a read of my most recent column for @__thewest__

The Morrison Government received more than 1 million reports of “unauthorised restrictive practices” in the NDIS – AKA restraints. Linda Reynolds says it’s a “complex issue”. There must be an independent investigation:

Australians cannot trust Scott Morrison to tell them the truth. His lies have put us at the back of the queue for electric vehicles.

@billshortenmp, there is a strong feeling that Australian governments need to increase research funding substantially. Can you please respond to this since you are my local MP? I am keen to meet with you anytime to discuss this issue, best wishes.
Replying to @DrAshHaque
Hi Dr Ash, Why don't you shoot me an email: bill.shorten.mp@aph.gov.au Would be great to catch up.

Our Year 12’s have had an incredibly rough couple of years, but their resilience, ingenuity and heart tells me Australia is in very safe hands with this generation of emerging leaders.

It's important that we listen to their reasons.

A wonderful win from Verry Elleegant in my wonderful Maribyrnong electorate. Great weather & great to see some normality back in Melbourne after lockdowns. (Didn’t hurt that I won the box trifecta for the third year+ in the row.) #MelbourneCup

Stretching the truth is catching up with Scott Morrison.

Vale Bert Newton, a true Melbourne legend, a true believer and a world class entertainer. #bertnewton

This is shameful. The Morrison Government has failed to vaccinate Australians living with disabilities, with a third of people on the NDIS still not fully vaccinated. They can’t even come up with a plan.

Stay safe, all. Storm damage across Victoria is huge and clean up will be tough. Big thanks to our emergency services who are doing a phenomenal job. Thanks also to @chloeshorten for being our eyes on the ground and keeping morale up. @vicemergency #melbourneweather

Disturbingly cynical development for our democracy
The Morrison Government just introduced legislation that Donald Trump would be proud of - it will undermine your vote and our democracy.

Amy Tobin is a community champion who has had her NDIS funding slashed. Amy is one of the most determined young women I have ever met. We need to stop the Morrison Government from cutting NDIS packages. Enough is enough.

So good to see the great city of Melbourne back in action. It's going to be an exciting time as we get to catch up with friends and loved ones. We will keep the pressure on to get everyone vaccinated, especially people with disabilities who were left behind by the Morrison Gov.

Congrats Victoria on Freedom Day after a tough two years. Enjoy. Through self-sacrifice & vaccinations you earned it.

Have you had your #NDIS plan cut? I’m concerned the Morrison Government is slashing plans by stealth. I want to hear from you so we can do something about it.
