That's unusual. Lets give these steps a try, in your phone’s settings: Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear cache > Restart device. Hope this helps.

That's odd. If you see a charge on the card/bank statement for a digital purchase on Google Play that you didn't make, do report this to our support team within 120 days of the transaction here: goo.gle/2uZA5Sb. Hope this gets resolved soon for you.
 
フォールアウトシェルターオンラインで微課金しようと思ったらグーグルプレイの残高が、フォールアウトシェルターオンラインに反映されてなかった。スマホの再起動やアプリのアンインストールからの再インストールかけたけど全然反映されなかった。めんどくさいな。

Nao funcionou, eu ja tinha feito isso, como eu tinha dito, sao nos 3 telefones isso, nao baixa mais nada. Estou pensando se é algum bloqueio na minha internet, pois nos celulares nao é, uso fibra otica pelo wi fi, nunca tinha dado esse problema.

Just tried to load an app to learn more about it. all I get is that never-ending loading circle. Something is wrong with your service and you really need to pass this along. Other people are posting on the down detector app as well.

Thank you for the fast reply! I cleared data and restarted and it looks like that worked. I was able to update two apps. I'm not having any Wi-Fi issues. Not sure what triggered the issue
