@MTNNG I had a balance of about 14k in my main account for voice call and I purchased 7 days voice call roaming at 5k. I've currently exhausted 29 minutes of the roaming call minutes. All of a sudden i was notified that i had 0.00 balance in my main account. This is terrible.

I'm having some issues with my MTN mifi @MTN180. It refuses to come on with the battery, and then comes in when plugged in but doesn't switch on WiFi connectivity and then switches off after a minute. Please advise ASAP

But to my surprise, I just discovered that the said mtn line has been assigned to a new customer which used #19,500 out of #20,100 in my account to load MTN cards to the mtn line from my account because he now has Access to my bank account.
