@Selfridges I don't know who's running customer service but it isn't going well. I tweeted. It took so long in response time. An email was sent saying to expect the order yesterday...about a week late and i have yet to receive my package or updated shipping info.

. @Selfridges may have the worst customer service I’ve experienced. So far this week I’ve made 3 calls, been promised twice someone will quickly reply (all this about a next day order due Monday and a major breach of GDPR) and I have now waited three days with radio silence!
