Me too. Ticketmaster have had my money for over a year, and tell me if the ticket/QR code isn't showing by midday on the day of performance then I have been given an assurance by Ticketmaster webchat that the o2 Resolution Team will resolve the issue. This isn't satisfactory.

If you could follow @tmfansupport and send us the email used for registration we will take a look. Generally this occurs when you have joined the queue more than once, either on mutltiple tabs or different devices.
 
Well another @Ticketmaster bust. Got verified to buy Garth Brooks tickets. Get in the queue, wait 1/2 to buy tickets, choose tickets, go to checkout...no can’t unless you have Citi card. Way to go @garthbrooks you only let people with a Citi card go to your shows???
