We also have the emails that show how subsequently cooperative Twitter was with requests for censorship. And we know this:

I don’t believe this could simply be a product of “hive mind”. Hive mind made it easy. But the idea that the #HunterBidensLaptop story was hacked or Russian disinformation came from somewhere and the call to silence it just before an election came from someone.

I think it was likely not a single individual, but the Twitter “hive mind” that made these decisions.

This was Twitter’s policy:

So far, we know these fools knew what they were doing was f’d up…had no justification…bounced around like a bunch of keystone cops looking for a policy…knew it violated every principal of free speech…and knew it could ultimately risk gov’t regulation…and they did it anyway.

What we don’t know yet is who gave them this idea and who made the call to detonate #HunterBidensLaptop story.

One of the biggest news events of the last decade is unfolding on @mtaibbi thread. It’s no overstatement to say the future of real democracy, free thought, and mind control is wrapped up in the reveal by @elonmusk of Twitter and Hunter Biden.

Have to follow the evidence but this seems highly improbable. Not when simultaneously the intelligence apparatus is calling it “Russian disinformation”. Had to have been some governmental impetus.

If you think the only difference driving the amount of coverage in the stories of Jerry Jones and Kyrie Irving is the race of the characters, you might be a racist.

Ohio State played a horrible 2nd half and now they’re not better than a 2 loss team in the Big 12. If USC loses to a 3 loss Utah team you think USC should get in over Ohio State. Your as fake as Fox News and there was no fraud in 2020. That’s the dumbest thing I heard all day.
Replying to @todd_coil
TCU is undefeated. There is no two loss Big 12 team in the scenario. Try that on for “fake”. And I love the loser argument: better to not make a title game and risk a second loss. Put the team in that didn’t make a title game. You’re good at this. Keep debating…

In reply to @willcain
No, TCU or USC should not if they loose.
Replying to @Ty_Carr2507
For who and why would you replace TCU!?

I don’t care what happens on championship weekend. (Outside of an embarrassing blowout, but even then…) GA, Mich, TCU, USC should be the college football playoff. pic.twitter.com/RkyJ0gzqYB
Replying to @willcain
Can’t see a scenario where TCU should be booted from the playoff. Say they lose, say they lose big, to no. 10 KState…you putting in an Ohio State that also lost big on their last game of the season? Or two loss Alabama? No. TCU’s invitation should already be stamped and sent.

“Artist” begs for censorship. Thinks this would end well for him. It wouldn’t. It never has. I promise.
As a worldwide “public square,” this app should be heavily regulated for misinformation & spamming by hostile interests. If Elon can’t do that with his “company,” it should be seen as a public utility under governmental supervision. This system unregulated will be more deadly.

I don't believe LeBron is a racist. He's making a very poor defense and also making an excuse for someone he likes. Your analysis is correct about the difference between judging someone for something 66 years ago, but don't believe your conclusion is correct.
Replying to @lenberkowitz
I’m not talking about Lebron here. I’m talking about people who think the difference in the way these two stories were covered was because Jerry is white and Kyrie is black.

In reply to @willcain
Lebron is a racist for asking for equal treatment between Jerry and Kyrie 😂
Replying to @KeishaStayawayy
Yes exactly. Because the only thing you can see in those two stories, isn’t the facts, the relevance, the speculation, just the color of their skin.

Will Cain, The conservative talk shows gotta stop with China as a comeback to any basketball player there is slave labor in pretty much every country, unless you only buy made in USA stuff 😂 Let’s keep it in America
Nah man. China is particularly bad. China is in a virtual Cold War with the US, and most importantly (listen to the video) China is the country where Lebron is banking.

If you think the only difference driving the amount of coverage in the stories of Jerry Jones and Kyrie Irving is the race of the characters, you might be a racist.

If Lebron wants to be a social commentator, try commenting on the human right abuses taking place RIGHT NOW in China.
Replying to @willcain
It’s a lot less clear what Jerry Jones was doing as an onlooker in that crowd 66 years ago than THIS 👇 in China where Lebron makes millions. Now THIS is something to be disappointed in not hearing your comment @KingJames.

No. Only take away, again, is narcissism of Lebron.

a.) Kyrie story involved an NBA player, former teammate, whose comments were in the present.

b.) Jerry Jones story involves NFL on an incident from 50 years ago.

But Lebron is disappointed he wasn’t asked to comment. 🙄

“I hate soccer guy” says it’s soft (and all the flopping helps him out) and boring. But trust me, as a real football 🏈 fan who used to make fun of soccer, it now rivals basketball as my 2nd favorite sport. The goals are my least favorite part. I love the vision and passing.

And “everyone is an idiot but me soccer guy”…you’re not special. Not sophisticated. I know you think you discovered the garage band before it got cool (World Cup in this analogy) but literally no one likes you. Also, like basketball guy, you don’t watch as much as you pretend.

I don’t know who’s worse:

a.) I hate soccer guy, or
b.) Everyone is an idiot but me soccer guy

Both terrible.
