Twitter Data Access Changes

17th May 2023- Twitter Data Update

Hopefully this will be the final update.

We are happy to announce that we have found a new path forward using Twitter Data. We have reopened full site access and you can now sign up for our subscriptions. We are optimistic that there will be no more significant interruptions. Please do note that there will be some minor changes to some parts of the Analytics however we do not expect this to be an issue. Please contact us if you have any questions. We thank you all for your patience in what has been a very trying time.

21st April 2023- Twitter Data Update

Twitter have reinstated our access. Unfortunately, we do not expect this to last however we do not know any more information or timeframes. Again, this has happened without any communication from Twitter.

We are working hard to transition to other social media platforms such as Reddit, Mastodon, Telegram and others.

Please get in touch if you have interest in finding out more. Again, thanks for your patience as we try to navigate our way through this.

8th April 2023

We have been providing unique analysis of Twitter data for 14 years.

Twitter have just made fundamental changes to how all businesses can access data from their platform. Unfortunately, even the highest new access level is insufficient, and unaffordable for our small business and our customers.

This means that we won’t be able to provide any analysis of new data from Twitter. We apologise for the disruption and are actively working on ways we can still provide valuable social media analytics tools. Please get in touch via our contact form or email if you have any questions.
