@British_Airways BA198, Club world - service by Nisha was absolutely phenomenal. 3 young kids in club (2 mine) and her service & attention made the flight peaceful and relaxing for all travellers.

@British_Airways Hello, BA. Looking at booking with you but am curious how many of your 777-200s flying out of LHR (specifically to JFK) still feature the old World Traveller Plus cabin, with the old seats and horrible old Empower sockets. Any guidance, please? :)

Hey, Paul. We can't say which Boeing 777 will operate any particular flight that you book until a few days before. Some of the 777's have been refurbished, but not all of them, as several are going to be retired over the next couple of years. Neil
 
@British_Airways having a disgraceful experience with BA. Had to check in with AA and then checked into BA connection, but now we can't change seats, travelling with kids. Website rubbish, won't let us do anything. Total joke.

We do check the aircraft before boarding but if any issues arise afterwards we will do our best to resolve them without offloading everyone again. I apologise for the inconvenience, but we would never operate a flight unless we were sure it was safe to do so. Beth S.

Additional security checks are often carried out by the airport. This means you won't be able to get your boarding pass in advance and this will be issued when you arrive at the airport and your travel documents have been checked. Natalie M
 
@British_Airways pl help me to get d needs of transit Visa. Im holding Indian Passport with Canada Visa. I booked BA tkt Delhi to Toronto. In London there is change of airport from Heathrow to Gatwick. My connecting flyt of BA is also on same date. Hence do I need transit Visa?

@British_Airways how come Gold doesn't get you priority boarding on Aer Lingus anymore? Why are they granted this unhelpful special distinction in the IAG family?

Ok, so make it right, let’s talk about $60 check bag fee, per bag. Fam of 5, pays for 5 full price tickets Seattle to London, then dinged $60 per bag.

Feedback duly noted and fed back, Lizzie. Just so you are aware, we are inviting our customers to bring their own re-usable water bottles and cups on board, which our crew will be happy to fill on request. At Heathrow there are dedicated areas before security where bottles 1/2

Due to continued airspace restrictions, our flight from Delhi to Heathrow, BA142, has been rescheduled and the new arrival time is 08:00 between 18-24 April. We continue to monitor the situation and may extend this in future. We're also reviewing several other affected flights. B
 
I believe it’s the delayed landing of the flight from London, which isn’t the issue. It’s the inconsistency of giving vouchers across the customers because of the delay.

BA177 also we had a fuel leak on arrival at JFK. All emergency vehicles were out on the runway. Yes I raised the issues with crew.

You don't need a friends and family list if you have an individual account, Kato. Household Accounts have restrictions on who you can make an Avios booking for; you're limited to Household members and friends and family. However, this isn't the case for an individual account. B

I know it's a bit late to answer your question, but unless we contact passengers with a new check in time, they should always go to the airport in time for the original scheduled departure. The delay was due to the late arrival of the aircraft in Orlando, but it's there now 1/2
