Beginning around 9 am on Thurs. Jan. 20, SWBNO will resume emergency repairs on a 48-inch water main in the 8100 block of Panola between S. Carrollton Ave & Dublin St.

Thursday’s work will begin with a test closure.

The project was funded with an investment of $1,500,000 from the City of New Orleans, amongst other funding. Ms. Cynthia Wade, one of the residents, was happy to show off her new home and shared how she loved the architecture of the building and large windows.👏👍

Reminder: Place used Christmas trees curbside before 5am on the day of your garbage collection this week.

In 2021, 5,000+ Christmas trees were collected in NOLA. The trees are airlifted by helicopter into the Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge to create new marsh habitat.
