Capitalism gives people the facade of freedom. They say that no one is forced to work, but if you don't you will starve.

At least you have the choice.
Would it be possible to make a smart watch that charges (albeit slowly) off the heat from your wrist..?
Replying to @JavaScriptCoff1
Yes, piezoelectric watches already exist. Running a smart watch would require much more energy… perhaps a watch band would help.

Better if the government got out of the economy and stopped spending so much so that a household could survive on one income again. If 2 worked, they would have enough savings to take off for parental leave.
Replying to @Locke_Wiggins
Totally agree. Perhaps that’s a good result of so many people working from home… many parents have decided to leave the workforce.

Any leads on how to get the local assistance?

I found a form eventually in the help documentation… but it wasn’t easy to find!

.@Google has DE-PLATFORMED my business listing for Dandy Headshots, wiping out great customer reviews & all. I had 2 listings at the same address for years, verified and approved by @GoogleMyBiz, but 1 small address change, and 1 is now falsely flagged as a duplicate. BIG problem

I think we can agree that immigration has been a shit show for decades under R and D admins. It's a disgrace on every single level.
Replying to @idguy @JoeBiden
We absolutely agree. It’s another ridiculous “all or nothing” when the reality is that we can have security, easy bio work visas, and a simple path to citizenship. My friend from India just showed me his digital blockchain ID on his phone. The US system is embarrassing.
When I took office eight months ago, we inherited an economy in crisis and less than 1% of adults were vaccinated.

Now, we’re creating an average of 600,000 jobs a month and nearly 80% of eligible Americans have received at least one shot.

That’s progress.
Replying to @POTUS
People returning to jobs that government killed isn’t “job creation”.
In reply to @douglaskarr
As long as you're not in a position of power with an urgent crisis to handle I agree. The way Federal paternity leave works now since Trump changed it he can come off of paternity leave and just as quickly go back on it. I'm strangely familiar with the law on this.

Meh. A guy that couldn’t fix pot hole issues as mayor isn’t going to stop a supply chain issue that’s the result of free trade, globalization, union port requirements, and lockdowns.
When I returned from Desert Shield/Storm after 11 mos, my son literally didn’t know who I was and was afraid of me. It was the opposite of the homecomings you see and broke my heart. I’ll never criticize anyone for #PaternityLeave or #Maternityleave. Kids need us more than ever.

The Biden administration has acknowledged that in the last fiscal year, the U.S. failed to issue green cards to legal immigrant workers. The shortfall adds to a backlog of more than 1 million people waiting to receive employment-based visas

Good. Quit. It’s a useless expense that taxpayers shouldn’t be covering. Airlines and local government should doing this.

One MILLION talented, legal, needed immigrants ignored while the country is suffering from an employee shortage… while everyone else just walks illegally through Mexico. Our federal government is inept. #Immigration

If I was being terminated by my employer for being unvaxxed, I’d politely offer my services as a subcontractor and charge a significant hourly rate to assist during their transition… until they figure out they have drop the #VaccineMandates and rehire me for a higher salary.

Some context: Practically everything has gotten more expensive in recent months because of pandemic-related shortages and supply-chain issues.…

The pandemic didn’t impact the supply chain, useless lockdowns did.

Yeah so I moved an image in Microsoft Word and all the text jumped to the bottom of the image and I don't know how to get rid of it so I just kept it.
Donald Trump's "Remain in Mexico" policy is dangerous, inhumane, and goes against everything we stand for as a nation of immigrants. My administration will end it.

Speaking of courtship How did that date go?
Through a multi-step process, an individual took the records of at least three educators, decoded the HTML source code, and viewed the SSN of those specific educators.

Replying to @GovParsonMO
Good gracious, don’t you have a single technology advisor on your staff that’s advising you to how dumb you look on this? You should be FIRING the people who exposed the data, not investigating the person who found it through NORMAL methods that required NO “hacking”.

What decisions do you think have led to the current situation?
A critical one was lockdowns that had NO scientific basis. That politicians thought they could “pause” an economy with centuries of momentum and not create devastating consequences downstream (overdoses, depression, inflation, supply chain shortages, etc.) was insane.
In reply to @douglaskarr
What decisions do you think have led to the current situation?
At the core, I believe it’s the hubris of politicians that “we have to do something”, surrounded by advisors of equivalent beliefs. In short, it was making a decision at all… without analysis of the data and unintended consequences.
