The argument against abortion is a moral argument which is a subjective and personal interpretation of different jurists and such arguments should not represent the law of any country.

Abortion is against Sharia law only allowed if there is a medical reason that causes health problems for the pregnant woman.

I hope u realise when u take away the right to abort an unwanted fetus you aren't putting an end to unprotected sex or unlawful sex but just creating more unsafe ways for women to abort that child putting her life in danger. Sit with it for a while!

Justice Kavanaugh’s presence in the Bench that overruled #RoeVWade (decision of the US Supreme Court where the Court ruled that the Constitution of the US generally protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion) is enough to question the Judgment.
