The hospitalization numbers have increased dramatically over the last several weeks. The 9,610 in hospitals today is up 39% from last Wednesday and more than double the number of hospitalizations from the previous Wednesday. On Memorial Day, we reported 1,511 hospitalizations.
 
If you're looking for one standalone policy change that could save tens of thousands of lives, this would be such an straightforward thing that the President could actually do.

LabCorp the biggest lab has capacity for 130k tests/day (out of the 500k+/day) but with the run up in cases are now running 5 day wait times.
