Happy to announce that the NYS Capitol is reopening to the public starting tomorrow, along with the entire Empire State Plaza Complex.

Free tours of the Capitol will also return starting June 21.
 
I commend Congress & President Biden in recognizing #Juneteenth as a federal holiday.

Juneteenth—which we declared a state holiday last year—commemorates the end of slavery while reminding us of the work we must still do to build a more fair & equal society.
