That includes in our workplaces.

Wouldn’t this be called reckless endangerment at this point? Why don’t we have a heavier charge for this?
Replying to @NickCnf
Hi Nick, under the Motor Vehicle Act, Stunting is the only applicable offence in this circumstance. Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle under the Criminal Code generally requires more than just speed as a factor in order to successfully prosecute it. Thank you

I have a question, is it when classes are in session or when children are visibly outside?
Replying to @MarleneReid2
The reduced limit is in force at all times of the day, if children are present outside within 30m of the centre line of the road. If there are no children present, then the normal speed limit would apply

Congrats to everyone who provided the correct answer, A! Motorists must slow down in school zones when children are present.

So my understanding is you are supposed to slow down to 30 km/h regardless the time of day, observe to see if any children are present (if able, be wary of blind spots), and if you become certain there are no children within 30m of the road, then you can increase to 50 km/h again
Replying to @jsebean
Yes that would be correct
